Outcomes

  • Acquisition: sign up 50,000 new customers within 12 months using £1m budget
  • Retention: achieve 80% box 3 retention within 12 months
  • Product launches: deliver successful marketing launch of one new product per quarter

  • Strategic marketing: ability to plan and execute cohesive owned, earned and paid marketing strategies.
  • Creativity: innovative approach to marketing campaigns that differentiates the brand in a way that others wouldn’t dare. We must be exciting, or we will fail.
  • Customer-experience mastery: obsessive about creating a 5-star CX across digital to CRM to unboxing, with insane attention to detail.
  • Commercially minded: able to problem solve and manage the channel mix and offer to achieve desired CPA and customer pay-back goals.
  • Growth-driven: ability to unlock growth through networking, building relationships, and identifying non-traditional marketing opportunities beyond paid channels.
  • D2C expertise: highly knowledgeable of D2C subscription models, with a strong grasp of trends, metrics, and optimisation strategies to drive performance.
  • Leadership: you know how to recruit, lead and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
Experience

The background we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in a senior marketing leadership role at an early-stage D2C company, with proven success in scaling growth
  • Building brand advocacy and word of mouth at scale
  • Executing high-performance paid media and CRM strategies
  • Building and leading a high-performance marketing team
  • Bonus: you’ve worked in the oral care industry
