Creative Operations Supervisor - Entertainment

London, hybrid

Day rate: 250-300, DOE

The role:

  • Oversee and manage creative briefs, project timelines, and workflows, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate the approval process for creative content across markets, liaising with marketing and creative teams across various regions.
  • Conduct quality control at all stages to ensure adherence to technical specifications and high standards.
  • Collate all necessary campaign information from multiple sources, including compliance, marketing, and creative teams.
  • Review creative briefs to ensure all relevant information is included and up to date.
  • Ensure the creative team is supplied with all necessary content and information to successfully execute projects.
  • Manage and streamline the creative approval process for local markets, ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Track and monitor creative approvals, routing them to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Facilitate clear communication between Brief Owners, Creatives, and Approvers.
  • Ensure planning tools and operational processes are in place, proactively seeking opportunities to optimise workflows.
  • Provide regular status updates on ongoing projects and share updates in meetings.
  • Attend campaign briefing sessions and relevant project meetings, documenting key actions and next steps.
  • Contribute to bi-weekly creative and marketing calls with project updates.
  • Continuously work towards improving operational processes.


You:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing operations role, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a multi-territory production environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management, creative, and operational production processes.
  • Knowledge of creative localisation workflows and practices.
  • Experience working with schedules and managing multiple stakeholders across different territories.
  • Previous experience working with brands and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of various video, audio, and print formats.
