Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and energetic Creative Director to lead the creative strategy and execution across our portfolio of brands within the sports, fashion, and luxury sectors.

This role is pivotal in shaping the visual and brand identity of multiple high-profile brands that span both physical retail stores and online digital e-commerce channels. As the Creative Director, working in partnership with the Production Lead, Group Head of Digital Marketing and your respective teams you’ll be responsible for setting the creative vision, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and driving brand engagement through compelling and innovative content.

  • You are looking for an opportunity to lead a team working across several brand accounts within a group environment whilst collaborating with the biggest brands in the world such as nike, adidas, On Running, C.P. company, Represent, Vivienne Westwood, Fear Of God, BOSS.
  • Want to innovate and have a hands-on approach to deliver an end-to-end creative strategy using our in-house team across strategy, marketing, creative, talent and production.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and execute a holistic creative strategy for each brand within the group, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and brand positioning.
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, including designers, art directors, copywriters, and digital content creators, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact visual assets for all channels, including websites, mobile apps, social media, email campaigns, physical retail stores, and advertising campaigns.
  • Lead the development of brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all creative outputs.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing, e-commerce and retail teams to ensure a seamless brand experience across online and offline channels.
  • Leverage insights and data to inform creative decisions and optimize campaigns for engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and present creative concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring buy-in and alignment with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and other creative partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Mentor and develop the creative team, identifying growth opportunities and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Implement processes and workflows that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the creative team.

  • Ability to translate data into insights to inform creative strategy
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
