We are recruiting for a Membership Coordinator for a new professional membership body. Our client is focused on healthcare initiatives for the public and has members in the UK and internationally.


The organisation supports professionals in its relevant sector, influencing public policy and promoting best practice. They are currently changing their business and employee structure and need a talented membership professional to engage with current and potential members


Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily membership enquiries and financial processes.
  • Maintain CRM and membership systems.
  • Data analysis of metrics, suggesting improvements.
  • Work with Engagement & Governance Manager to develop membership strategies.
  • Identify expansion opportunities; Provide accurate reports on membership statistics.
  • Develop communications plans, working with Special Interest groups.
  • Assist with social media strategy for events and education.


Requirements:

  • Ideally experience within a professional membership body, charity or other non-profit organisation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to write for a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent database management skills.
