You'll have an impact by...
- Acting as an efficient and welcoming member of the Design District Coworking team, building amazing relationships with everyone - tenants, members, potential customers, colleagues and members of the public.
- Leading informative induction tours and making introductions to other Design District team members as required.
- Working closely with the Community Supervisor and the finance team to oversee membership billing and client accounts, escalating any payment or arrears issues as required.
- Working closely with the Community Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operational and administrative activities within Design District
- Coordinating with the Restaurant Manager regarding the cleaning, turning over and delivery of snacks and drinks to meeting rooms
- Collaborating with the Marketing team and Events Coordinator in the planning and delivery of Design District events and private hires, when required.
You'll impress us by having...
- Previous experience of providing front of house duties in a similar customer focused environment - i.e. hotel reception, membership club, co-working space or similar
- A desire to deliver meaningful and excellent customer service to retain members
- Experience in billing and account management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to adapt your communication style to suit the audience
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Flexibility around the hours and days you're required to work
- A high standard of personal presentation
- The ability to act as a brand ambassador
- First-class time and diary management skills, with great attention to detail
- Wonderful organisational skills and being able to prioritise work
- Ability to move between different buildings within the Design District, across several floors using stairs
