You probably want to know what’s involved.

  • Hunting and developing specific leads from market information (e.g. Glenigans ), centrally provided data and prospecting within area both by telephone and site & customer visits.
  • Growing the relationships and revenue of the accounts identified to ensure repeat business.
  • Owning and converting leads & opportunities provided by inbound and outbound Sales Execs.
  • Identifying opportunities for new products and services that will strengthen our offering to our customers and deliver a good return on investment.
  • Delivering quality sales proposals in response to tenders and enquiries from customers.
  • Ensuring clear boundaries and hand offs between sales functions are followed on a day to day basis


What experience do we need from you?

  • Possess and entrepreneurial attitude towards winning business
  • Promotes a customer first mind set and understands the commercial need to balance that approach with business financial returns
  • Is a focused and driven business development manager who strives to exceed their targets.
  • Is a first class relationship builder who is at ease with the matrix organisation and able to work cross functionally
  • Takes pride in their excellent sales skills and constantly strives for further improvement
  • Is not averse to change and can communicate process improvements effectively.
  • Has a full driving licence.
