Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of account managers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.
  • Strategic Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts, developing and executing strategic plans to drive client success and retention.
  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to proactively address client needs and identify new business opportunities.
  • Performance Metrics: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and effective problem resolution.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the payments or financial services industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
