Junior Event Sales & Planner

We are looking for a junior Event Sales and Planner to join our growing event catering business. We are high-end caterers who work in the most spectacular venues such as The V & A, The Serpentine Galleries, The Saatchi Gallery, The British Museum and many more. We are fast paced and constantly growing so we need to grow our team with the right people.Previous experience in high end catering company is essential.

As a Junior Event Sales and Planner, you will be the driving force behind our event planning success. You will be responsible for;

  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Managing client relationships
  • Ensuring the seamless execution of events from start to finish
  • Maintaining the relationship with our client.

We are a small dynamic team so it is essential that the right candidate has experience in similar catering companies in London. You must be a team player, self-motivated and hard working.

As a salesperson you will be responsible for;

  • Creating proposals for our clients. You must be adept at creating proposals on Powerpoint or Canva with a creative flair.
  • You must have a good knowledge of how events are planned and structured.
  • Have strong inter-personal skills and be confident enough when client facing with the top corporate clients we work with.
  • The right candidate must have excellent knowledge in food and beverage in high end hospitality, with a thirst to always learn more.

Immediate start would be ideal, but, not essential.

Extensive training will be provided to ensure you are competent and confident in the role. Further development and training will be provided to maintain growth and keep upskilling into new areas of the business.We are a fun exciting company to be joining with lots of growth and development in the future.

This is an office based and you will also be required to work events as required.
