As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our clients, from initial consultation to event execution. This will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and using your expertise to design and deliver tailored events that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement event concepts and strategies that align with client objectives
  • Manage event logistics, including venue sourcing, catering, and audio-visual requirements
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the event planning process
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project management
