Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and expand relationships with both new and established clients
- Lead project oversight, collaborating with the R&D, Packaging, Purchasing, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery
- Drive business growth through proactive upselling and cross-selling, leveraging cutting-edge innovation and market analysis
- Develop detailed product costings and quotes during client interactions
- Strategically explore and develop new market opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Robust experience in B2B Sales and Account Management
- Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for prioritizing and multitasking
- Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities
- Keen attention to detail, tech-savvy, and superior problem-solving skills
- A proven track record in building and maintaining key account relationships
- Prior experience in manufacturing is advantageous
