About the Role: Our client, a leading provider of data management software solutions tailored to the utility and energy sector, is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist. This role is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong background in cross-selling and upselling enterprise-wide solutions to clients within the energy and utility industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing client base in the energy and utility sector.
- Identify and engage with new potential clients, leveraging industry knowledge to tailor solutions that meet their data management needs.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value and capabilities of the data management software solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing deals, and post-sale follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to align solutions with client requirements and ensure successful implementation.
