About The Role:

A highly desirable and prestigious mid-sized architecture studio in London is seeking a Project Information Coordinator to join their London office on a permanent basis.


As a Project Information Coordinator, you will manage project documents and information flow ensuring proper organisation and accessibility to the wider project team. You will play a pivotal role in devising and implementing a new project information management system and procedures whilst collaborating with the broader team to optimise efficiencies between departments. This role would suit someone who has experience in either a document control capacity or a project administration role who has got strong systems experience and is looking to take the next step in their role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of new project information management system
  • Establish guidelines for managing and filing project information
  • Track outgoing documents and maintain additional registers as needed
  • Ensure document quality and security control
  • Streamline processes for reviewing key documents
  • Develop and oversee email filing systems and strategies
  • Manage extranets and collaboration clouds
  • Support project teams with documentation for milestone submissions
  • Oversee end-of-stage and end-of-project archiving processes
  • Contribute to the practice’s knowledge program


Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project information management within the built environment
  • Knowledge of information management systems
  • Familiarity with extranets or collaboration clouds
  • Strong problem solver with a logical thinking approach
  • Approachable with good verbal and written communication
  • Personable and collaborative
