The Job

For our branch M-Cube UK we are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator that will manage the operational process related to the execution of the contract in compliance with the project times and costs.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with Project Setup, Start-Up and Rollout: Support the phases of project setup to ensure a seamless rollout.
  • Plan and Execute Projects: Organize available resources efficiently in respect to time and costs while coordinating various departments in activities including:

- Scheduling of the overall project activities

- Procurement follow-up

- Preparation, configuration, and shipment of goods

- Content production and management

- Installation

- Handover to the maintenance team

- On-Site Activities


  • Manage Delivery Non-Compliances: Identify and manage any issues related to project delivery.
  • Coordinate Subcontractors/Partners: Manage tasks assigned to subcontractors and partners, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Follow Internal Guidelines: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Required Skills

  • Strong computer skills with enterprise and productivity software (Windows, Office, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Basic IT network knowledge
  • Communication and Negotiation: Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with subcontractors and internal/external stakeholders


Desirable Skills

  • Project Management: Expertise in project scheduling and lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of AV equipment
