Location and Salary:

  • Hybrid role based in Central London
  • Salary up to £30,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
  • Assist in managing production shoots, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
  • Support sustainable production practices in line with our Sustainability Policy, making eco-conscious decisions regarding suppliers, travel, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Producer to enhance our sustainability efforts and communicate these practices to clients.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in producing video and photographic content.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects on time and within budget.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the content creation process, including pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Experience coordinating and managing shoots with confidence and autonomy.
  • Strong decision-making skills, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of digital and video formats and social media platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Passion for creating award-winning content.
