Your Impact: Driving Transformation and Fostering Relationships

  • As a Regional Marketing Manager, you'll be the vital link between the retail network and the esteemed client, fostering face-to-face relationships and driving transformative change.
  • You'll be a highly skilled marketing consultant, influencing the network on their journey towards excellence.
  • With your expertise across multiple channels and your deep understanding of best practices, you'll be the go-to authority, guiding and supporting the partners.


Your Responsibilities: Shaping the Future of Automotive Marketing

  • Act as a consultant to retail dealers, maximizing lead generation, lead management, and customer loyalty through effective database utilization and a clear focus on sales conversion.
  • Support the network in achieving conquest brand standards, ensuring compliant and effective execution of experiential, digital, and social activities.
  • Prioritize your time to support all partners, with a keen focus on dealers requiring assistance in planning their marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with other Regional Marketing Managers to drive a consistent regional experience across the UK, sharing and harnessing best practices.
  • Develop strong relationships with dealers, agency, and manufacturer colleagues through a combination of face-to-face site visits and regular online interactions.
  • Work closely with Sales and After Sales field teams to ensure relevant requirements are understood and agreed upon.
  • Continuously demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry and the evolving role of dealer networks.
  • Leverage tools and insights from previous consultancy work, agency-generated insights, and management information system reports to offer solutions to current challenges.
  • Identify and support new starters within the network, providing inductions to the brand and marketing support provided.
  • Understand business challenges and opportunities, advising dealers on marketing solutions across Retail, Fleet, After Sales, Used Car, Motability, and Accessories.


Your Qualifications: A Marketing Powerhouse

  • Significant experience in a similar field-based marketing role (client or agency-side), with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Dynamic and inspiring, with in-depth channel knowledge, a team player, and an expert in your field.
  • Comprehensive and demonstrable knowledge of the full marketing mix, notably digital and social platforms.
  • An understanding of data, reporting (strong Excel ability), and how to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Adept at building and maintaining strong client and colleague relationships that engender trust and add value.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A problem-solver with excellent people management skills.
  • A sense of gravitas and sensitivity to the politics surrounding dealer and manufacturer issues.
  • An understanding of the automotive industry is advantageous.


Our client is offering a salary of £45 -50K + car and benefits
