The Role as an Area Manager:

Area Manager Requirements:

To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Extensive background in retail, leisure, or hospitality management within a customer-centric environment, highlighting your ability to deliver exceptional service.
  • At least 2 years experience in managing multiple sites and the teams and performance of them sites.
  • Proven track record in a managerial capacity, exemplifying effective leadership skills, adeptness in HR and performance management, and the ability to drive results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders in various digital and in-person settings.
  • Possess a collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and displaying genuine enthusiasm for the retail industry, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license, as this role necessitates travel by road, rail, and air. Occasional overnight trips may be required when single-day travel is impractical, ensuring your flexibility and adaptability.


Our client's Area Manager role is the ideal next challenge for someone with experience of managing in a multi site role capacity or area manager role.


In reward for your hard work, you will receive a salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience, plus a great rewards package.
