This key strategic hire, will report into the CEO and play an instrumental role in accelerating the growth agenda of the business.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Develops a strategic business plan for the UK to drive & accelerate growth in sales and gross profit
  • Develop relationships and unique strategies with Retail, Wholesale and Foodservice to deliver sales and gross profit growth
  • Through effective customer strategies and networking, build and maintain senior strategic customer relationships with both existing and new/prospect customers across their relevant business functions
  • Identify new business opportunities and rolling growth plans for the trade sector
  • Work very closely with the development and NPD teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and growth plan is agreed and implemented
