Who are they looking for?


As the Head of Partnership, you will spearhead partnership efforts, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with brands, creators, and talents. Your role will be crucial in expanding the client base and achieving excellence in a competitive market.


What you will be working on? - Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships in the EMEA region, managing everything from initial calls to contract negotiations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within potential client organizations, including senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Conduct introductory calls, prepare and deliver pitches, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
  • Keep an accurate and up-to-date partnership pipeline, providing weekly reports to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the BI team to relay market feedback and create new opportunities that meet client needs.
  • Ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction throughout the partnership process.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnerships or account management within influencer marketing.
  • Strong agency and client relationships in the UK/EMEA.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of engaging and persuading at all organizational levels.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with established industry contacts being a significant advantage.
