We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to create the department and entirely define its success. To that end, we’re looking for a complete self-starter - an entrepreneurial spirit - who can take ownership and autonomy over the new department and drive it forward with limitless potential. We want this endeavour to be a case study of how connecting commercial entities together can mutually transform them both for the better; leading to boundless symbiotic success.


Requirements:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a Strategic Partnerships role.
  • You possess a strong sense of ownership, driving projects forward independently while maintaining focus on achieving key objectives.
  • You can effectively communicate in English, efficiently network, and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have a proven track record in identifying, initiating, negotiating, and finalising significant partnership agreements.
  • You are experienced in uncovering new business opportunities arising from product changes and market trends.
  • You demonstrate the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate intricate solutions with both internal and external parties.
  • Understanding and experience with commercial contracting and negotiating deal terms.
  • Strong financial understanding


What the Job Involves:

  • Maintain and build the strategic partnership portfolio by identifying growth opportunities, offering product guidance, and providing first-tier technical support.
  • Lead on building and delivering new partnership types, in line with EachMoment’s strategy and growth trajectory.
  • Build a pipeline of suitable partnership opportunities across the EU and the UK, mapping new commercial arrangements and deal types, and understanding product gaps and improvements.
  • Work closely with senior management and the product team to meet our current and future partnership requirements.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Negotiating commercial terms of contract in alignment with benchmarks.
  • Overseeing revenue share and rebates
