Lead/Expert Marketing Effectiveness Analyst (MMM/econometrics) - World leading Retailer (60k-80k)

Exciting opportunity as Expert/Lead Marketing Effectiveness Analyst at one of the world's biggest supermarket retailers. As part of the International Marketing team, you'll play a key role in enhancing marketing performance across the global footprint of a leading e-commerce retailer.

The role emphasizes driving the adoption of a global Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) solution, developing a tailored marketing effectiveness framework, and working collaboratively with diverse international markets to optimize media and marketing strategies.

The Job

  • Leading MMM Adoption: Driving the implementation of a global Marketing Mix Modeling solution and helping countries apply and interpret its results, ultimately proving its value to the business.
  • Designing and rolling out a customized framework for marketing effectiveness, and providing ongoing support for its adoption in different markets.
  • Creating a structured marketing test and learn program to assess the impact of changes to media and marketing plans.
  • Working with 10 international markets to enhance media performance across all online and offline channels, identifying market-specific solutions based on maturity levels.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with global and local teams, including multiple stakeholders, to champion media and marketing effectiveness and help solve the company's marketing challenges.re


You

  • Experience in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and program deployment.
  • Expertise in marketing measurement and effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including advertising, promotion, pricing, sales data, and media planning and buying.
