About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Marketing Effectiveness to join our team at Harnham. As a Director of Marketing Effectiveness, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and working closely with clients to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, owning a multi-million pound P&L
  • Mentor and develop analysts from junior to principal level, providing guidance on econometric and MMM methods
  • Manage a team of analysts who build technical models from scratch, with a focus on hands-off management for senior roles
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business, including the systems team, to embed MMM and econometric learnings into tangible outcomes for clients
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading teams in the MMM/Econometrics space, with a strong track record of owning client relationships
  • Experience owning a P&L of £1m+ would be highly beneficial
  • Strong understanding of marketing effectiveness and ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
