As a Director of Marketing Effectiveness, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and working closely with clients to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, owning a multi-million pound P&L and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.
  • Mentor and develop junior analysts, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
  • Manage a team of analysts, providing leadership and direction to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business, including the systems team, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Embed marketing effectiveness learnings into tangible outcomes for clients, driving business results and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading teams in the marketing effectiveness space, with a strong track record of owning client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Experience owning a P&L of £1m+ would be highly beneficial, as it would enable the successful candidate to hit the ground running in the role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing effectiveness and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive business results.

What We Offer

The successful Director of Marketing Effectiveness will receive a competitive salary between £90,000 to £100,000 and an extensive benefits package.
