About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams in the marketing effectiveness space, with a strong understanding of marketing metrics and analytics. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and managing a team of analysts who build technical models to analyze marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain client relationships, owning a £multi-million P&L
  • Mentor junior team members in econometric and MMM methods to analyze marketing effectiveness
  • Manage a team of analysts who build technical models from scratch
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business, including the systems team who specialize in software development
  • Embed MMM and econometric learnings into tangible outcomes for clients

Requirements

  • Experience leading teams in the marketing effectiveness space, with a proven track record of owning client relationships
  • Experience owning a P&L of £1m+ would be beneficial
  • Experience working with tools used for marketing effectiveness, such as Eviews/R
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and analytics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills

What We Offer

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary between £90,000 to £100,000 and an extensive benefits package.
