We are currently looking for a skilled professional to join our team at Dungeness B power station to be a critical part of our on site team, the ideal candidate is local to site however applicants from surrounding areas will also be considered.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo CTC clearance.


Key Objectives for the role:

The ability to report on status of work in progress versus scoped works

Tracking of the purchase order system

Timely invoicing and payment to and from the client

The identification of anomalies within the process creating delays to payment and the reporting / escalation of any issues to Site / Regional Management Teams and Senior Commercial Management.

Main Activities:

Ensuring site Supervision and the Administrative Team follow all processes to include collation of scoped works vs purchase orders, management change requests and associated invoicing (this list is not exhaustive)

Providing reports regarding compliance to service level agreements from Altrad to the Client and the Client to Altrad

Development of relationships with key members of the client site and regional teams acting as a liaison to ensure compliance in all areas of invoicing and debt recovery

Where required, the escalation of any invoicing issues and communicating with onsite and regional teams with plans for resolution

Contribute timely and proactive assistance in maintaining databases and generating reports for the accurate reporting of work in progress, debt recovery and profit and loss accounting

Preparing and actioning all commercially motivated audits both in house and externally with the client.

Acts as the main coordinator and contact point for site commercial budget identifying and analysing budget variances with the commercial department

Provide the site and fleet management team with an accurate forecast of values for future works

Qualifications and Experience:

High level of experience with commercials / commercial coordination

Able to multitask in a deadline driven environment

High Level of competency using Excel or similar database driven packages

Excellent organisational skills

Analytical skills along with the ability to design and work to processes

Previous experience of managing a team is desirable but not essential
