About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subsidiary Director to join our team at UPERGY. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing our commercial development strategy for our Ashford site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial action plans in collaboration with Sales Directors to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Coordinate the management of strategic accounts and contribute to acquiring major accounts.
  • Evaluate the individual performance of your team through regular interviews and analysis of performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide reporting to General Management and develop and monitor the operating budgets of the sales department.
  • Ensure the operational management of the site, including sales actions, team development, and financial profitability.
  • Establish quality social dialogue and ensure the prevention and safety of employees.
Requirements
  • A Higher Education degree such as a MBA or MSc in a Technical discipline.
  • At least 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a position involving the management of a multidisciplinary team and/or in sales, commerce, partly acquired in the technical products sector.
  • Experience in international trading environments and understanding and monitoring of a P&L.
  • Strong aptitude for IT tools, e-commerce, and numbers.
  • Rigor, organization, priority management, interpersonal skills, curiosity, and leadership are essential for success in this role.
