A very cool, growing, and busy project management consultancy based in Shoreditch is on the lookout for a new Project Manager. This studio is looking to change the way project management consultancies are viewed - they are are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Project Manager with experience delivering F&B projects across the UK.

As a Project Manager you will have worked to deliver the full project life cycle across multiple complex projects ensuring the high standards and deadlines are met. Success in this role will require the development of effective working relationships with clients, contractors, and senior leaders in the business.

The Role:

  • Manage entire project life cycle from cradle to grave
  • Manage all budgets, administration and cost sign off.
  • Ensure all external consultants including design and architecture deliver on time and on budget
  • Responsible for all programming, schedules and project delivery dates
  • Produce weekly client updates and briefs

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and dynamic self-starter, with a problem-solving attitude
  • Super organized individual
  • Experience of contractor/ Client-side contracts and project management within retail, leisure, or hospitality
  • A proven track record in delivering and executing F&B interior fit outs across the UK
  • A solid understanding of construction safety requirements and H&S legislation
