We are happy to be working with a client in Lincolnshire looking to hire a Project Manager for a 3 month contract.


The role is in the IT Domain, therefore experience within this field is required.


Key Skills:

Strategy and Planning:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
  • Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain ongoing liaison with stakeholders.
  • Plan, schedule, and track milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Monitor and disseminate success criteria throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify key learnings.
  • Develop best practices for project execution and management.

Operational Management:

  • Lead project development from start to finish.
  • Create detailed project plans and communication documents.
  • Resolve team issues and conflicts.
  • Manage dependencies and critical paths.
  • Deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Proactively handle scope changes and potential risks with contingency planning.
  • Build and maintain essential business relationships.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proficient with project management tools like MS Project and MS Visio.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Data Centers, Networks, Servers, and Storage technologies.
