Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Operations Merchandiser, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Merchandiser to develop and implement the annual Merch Ops strategy and roadmap.
  • Identify and implement operation and process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiencies.
  • Successfully deliver projects aimed at reducing despatch times and improving stock management.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, providing guidance and support on operational challenges.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop processes and deliver best practices.
  • Provide regular performance reports, analyse data, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Support training initiatives and share expertise with peers.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills with a numerate and detail-oriented approach.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proactive and initiative-driven mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Commitment to accuracy and high levels of professionalism.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Previous experience in merchandise management through the supply chain.
  • Experience with Jira and MicroStrategy.
  • Knowledge of luxury fashion industry trends and best practices.
