Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in buying and merchandising management within the retail sector, ideally in a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving sales and profit growth, with experience in implementing new merchandising processes or systems.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with expertise in optimising product ranges, pricing strategies, and category performance.
  • Experience in using data, customer insights, and competitor analysis to create customer-centric buying and merchandising strategies.
  • Strong sourcing and development experience.
