This is a COMMISSION-ONLY role, meaning you will earn a percentage of each successful sale. No base salary is provided. Compensation is solely tied to performance, with the potential for salaried positions for top performers at a later stage.


If you're looking to gain valuable experience in sales, this role provides the perfect stepping stone. It allows you to develop real-world sales skills by engaging with potential leads and contributing directly to the sales process.


This role complies with all relevant employment laws, including those governing commission-based work.


As such, this opportunity is offered to individuals working in a self-employed or contractor capacity, depending on local laws. You will be responsible for managing your own taxes and other legal obligations as they relate to your earnings. Additionally, you will need to issue invoices once commissions are earned to receive payment.


Your responsibilities will include calling and messaging potential leads to book discovery calls for our sales team. If the discovery call results in a sale, you will receive a percentage of the commission.


You can work anytime, from anywhere, and for any number of hours, as long as you comply with applicable local labour laws.

The ideal candidate

An energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts.


Responsibilities

Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred but not essential)

1–2 years of relevant work experience (preferred but not essential)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
