The Person

The successful Head Pastry Chef will have the following:
  • Experience in fine dining or 2 Rosette standard
  • Premium, high end venue
  • Have been a Head Pastry chef for 2 years
  • Must have experience in menu creation, design, costing and implementation
  • Ability to lead a strong, experienced, long standing team
  • Strong in training & delivering this ongoing
  • Organised, passionate & driven
  • Proactive in creativity & seasonal changes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A passion for pastry and all things food
  • Must be able to work late night evenings and weekends
