Key responsibilities of Business Development Manager role:


Handling inquiries and bookings

Adding revenue and revenue streams

Use your proactive sales techniques to convert incoming inquiries, overcoming barriers and objections to secure the sale

Identifying new opportunities including cover driving partnerships and events

Managing the local area discount scheme

Creating, managing relationships with PAs and concierges

Working to support the operation on the floor and in terms of guest relations

Sitting above the reception team


Experience Needed


At least 2 year within an events, marketing or sales role, ideally within hospitality

Written and verbal English essential

Good use of Microsoft Office

Knowledge of Open table or Collins preferred
