Developing sales and leading the Channel development. Responsible for driving improvements in both direct sales to Recreational Water National Accounts and distributor performance in UK and Europe sales territory. This role is a combination of both business development and existing customer growth.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be an experience International BDM, with a track record in Recreational Water National Account business development and distributor management throughout the UK & EU (mainly France, Italy and Spain)
  • You will have the ability to protect and build product sales in multiple markets as well as develop new relationships where a long term, partnership-led approach is required
  • You will have the capability to lead a channel sales strategy, delivering sustainable sales growth in line with company strategy.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrate experience as a BDM, with experience of growing existing customers and developing new business
  • Experience of appointing, training, incentivising distributors/channel partners across Europe
  • Ideally experience in the Recreational Water industry (such as pool, spa, hotel sales)
