They are looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for market growth The role will be a motivated Business Development Manager to drive success across Europe with winning new accounts across a number of industries and also managing some of the larger accounts that the premium brand are currently working with. This role offers a chance to shape market strategy, build key relationships, and lead expansion efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies to enhance market penetration and sales growth across Europe. Analyse markets and competitors to identify opportunities and risks.
  • New Business Development: Win new business across Europe and continue to develop the accounts.
  • Sales and Marketing: Oversee regional sales performance and collaborate with marketing to drive targeted initiatives. Manage key accounts and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Operational Leadership: Negotiate and close strategic partnerships, leverage market intelligence, and develop customer solutions.
  • Communication: Represent the company at major industry events, ensuring high-level communication of market strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor business development effectiveness and lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • You will also be required to travel around Europe for around 40/50% of the role.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and product positioning
  • Technical sales background - Material Science/Chemicals/Ingredients selling B2B
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages preferred
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility for frequent travel into the European market
