We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the UK residential construction industry, known for their innovative and high-quality developments. Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee a prestigious project—a large RC frame, multi-block development comprising 300 luxury apartments.


About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company where you will play a key role in the delivery of a major residential project. As the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of architects and civil engineers, ensuring that all technical information is accurately delivered to the site team. You will also manage and mentor two Technical Coordinators, guiding them through the successful completion of this large-scale development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead a team of skilled professionals, including architects, engineers, and Technical Coordinators, to deliver the project to the highest standards.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure the seamless delivery of all technical documentation, aligning with project timelines and quality expectations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with site teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any technical challenges that arise.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the technical integrity of the project, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.

  • Extensive experience in delivering large-scale residential construction projects, particularly with RC frame developments.
