Our client is in search of a seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee a prestigious initiative—a large RC frame, multi-block development featuring 300 luxury apartments.

About the Role: This presents a remarkable opportunity to join a vibrant and expanding company where you will play a pivotal role in the execution of a significant residential project. As the Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be tasked with supervising a team of architects and civil engineers, ensuring that all technical information is effectively communicated to the site team. Additionally, you will manage and mentor two Technical Coordinators, guiding them through the successful completion of this large-scale endeavor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Direct a team of skilled professionals, including architects, engineers, and Technical Coordinators, to deliver the project to the highest standards.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure the seamless delivery of all technical documentation, aligning with project timelines and quality expectations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with site teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any technical challenges that arise.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the technical integrity of the project, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.
