Chef Works and Bragard are two global leading culinary apparel brands manufacturing and distributing hospitality uniforms across 90+ countries. Our dedicated team is based Leeds with a showroom in London and a roaming sales team servicing the most creative people in hospitality.


ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for three self-motivated, highly-organised Business Development Executives. Outbound focused, this exciting new business role looks after specific regions/sectors in the UK and Ireland. Researching, generating prospects and closing uniforms sales whilst also booking field-based appointments for customers who prefer a face-to-face meeting.

Reports to: National Business Development Manager.

Works with: field-based Regional Business Development Managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Update CRM with prospects to build data and maximise opportunity.
  • Communicate and listen effectively with clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage and grow accounts, ensuring high levels of customer return and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Display excellent product/service knowledge to demonstrate the ability to deliver this information over the telephone or in a presentation format when required.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively to close sales.
  • Attend team meetings, conferences, awards and training days on occasion and when requested.
  • Consistently drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets.


REQUIREMENTS

· Proven success in a high-volume new business development and lead generation.

· Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.

· Ability to analyse and identify potential business opportunities.

· Ability to create positive and memorable first impressions over the telephone.

· Ability to manage and prioritise multiple business relationships/projects.

· Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Driven to achieve personal and team objectives whilst demonstrating the Chef Works culture.

· Numerate – able to pull together accurate quotes.

· Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
