Are you an experienced Food & Beverage Team leader looking for the next step in your career? Or are you currently a Food and Beverage Supervisor looking to develop further your leadership skills? We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals with a keen desire to drive the team to deliver outstanding, memorable service at Richmond Hill.

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be running the daily operation of our 144 on the Hill Bar and Restaurant on a shift basis, leading the team and to ensure our customers receive the memorable experience we strive for during their dining experience. It is essential to drive and maintain standards of quality to provide efficient, fast, and polite service at all times to maintain the reputation of our restaurant. You must have the ability to supervise and provide support to the operation as well as leading by example when interacting with customers, you will be able to work under pressure in a lively, quirky, and time-sensitive environment.

Strive to become an integral member of a committed supervisory team, ensuring each member takes pride in their work and communicates effectively with one another. Being key support to the Restaurant and Bar Manager in the running of the department.
