*What will I be doing?*

* Manage the Reception operations including check in/out procedures in a way that ensures we exceed every guest’s expectations.

* Enhance levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement. Ensure all feedback at reception is resolved whilst ensuring all guests leave the reception desk satisfied.

* Manage, train and develop the Reception team

* Proactively drive sales revenues and promote hotel services through the front desk team.

* Ensure the appearance, standards and performance of the Front Office Team is at exceptional levels at all times with an emphasis on continuous training and teamwork

* Ensure Team Members have current knowledge of all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, local area and other general product knowledge necessary to perform their duties

* Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics to inspire Team Members to exceed standards.

* Ensure all equipment at the front desk is maintained and in proper order for the team to deliver excellent customer service.

* Conduct regular training with the team

* Assist other departments, as necessary, and maintain good working relationships with hotel Team Members
