We are looking for a Pastry Chef De Partie to join our team who is bold, driven towards excellence, guided by intuition and grounded in empathy.

The role

The Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible for successfully producing all pastry dishes in line with recipes produced by the Head Pastry Chef, following food hygiene practices and standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

About us

The Twenty Two, a luxury lifestyle hotel with an all-day public restaurant and a private members club, on the historic Grosvenor Square in Londons Mayfair.

Set within a listed Edwardian manor, this boutique property (and once single-family home) has a rich history of decadent hosts, candle lights and shadows which were honoured in a modern renovation to become awestside hide-a-way for creative cohorts and a venue that promotes the opportunity for ideas to grow.

About you

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about food, whose attention to detail is second to none and who has an innate ability to lead and inspire others.
