Our client, a renowned global food manufacturer with iconic brands, is seeking an exceptional Head of Product Development to lead their UK & Ireland R&D team.

About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic leader who can drive innovation, manage a high-performing team of 5-8 R&D professionals, and develop breakthrough product strategies in the baked goods and confectionery space.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end product development process
* Drive 3-year brand growth agenda
* Manage test bakery facility in High Wycombe
* Create robust innovation pipelines
* Build cross-functional partnerships
* Deliver cost-saving initiatives

Essential Criteria:
* Degree in Food Science/Engineering
* Extensive food manufacturing experience
* Proven project leadership track record
* Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
* Lean Six Sigma understanding
