Our client, a leading experience and entertainment agency in Ireland, is currently seeking an Client Director to join their team.
This innovative agency specializes in delivering exceptional brand and employee experiences, combining live events, digital solutions, and content to engage global audiences.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of client projects, ensuring exceptional delivery from initial concept to completion. Develop strategic plans that align with client objectives and maintain high creative standards.
- Act as the primary contact for senior clients, fostering trust and long-lasting partnerships through consistent communication, proactive solutions, and exemplary service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive creative briefs, providing clear direction and ensuring the work aligns with client goals.
- Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets with precision, ensuring financial accountability and profitability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as production, creative, and post-production to achieve client objectives. Guide and mentor team members to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines.
- Stay informed on trends in experiential marketing, events, production, and audience engagement. Integrate innovative ideas into client solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify new opportunities within client portfolios and support business growth through pitching, upselling, and relationship-building strategies.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an agency setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. A proven track record of delivering innovative, high-quality projects and managing global campaigns.
- Strong understanding of experience design, brand strategy, and event creation. Ability to craft and defend creative solutions to meet client needs.
- Proficiency in managing complex projects with tight timelines. Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams. Strong collaboration and communication skills to ensure alignment across diverse groups.
- Advanced knowledge of budget creation, financial reporting, and maintaining profitability on large-scale projects (six figure+ budgets).
- Previous experience working on international events and campaigns, with a network of suppliers and freelancers outside of Ireland.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets & Slides, Excel & PowerPoint. Familiarity with event technology and audience engagement platforms.
- Confident in pitching ideas and presenting to senior clients, with a portfolio of successful campaigns to showcase.
- Highly motivated, innovative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license (preferably own car).
