As one of the largest performance door-set manufacturers and architectural hardware suppliers in the UK, we provide bespoke Door Suites made onsite in our factory in North Wales.


We are currently hiring an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to drive and enhance business growth. The successful individual will strengthen our existing technical sales team with a persistent, enthusiastic and energetic approach, focusing on retaining and maintaining our core business and key accounts, whilst also breaking ground with new clients.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating business leads and building relationships with key decision-makers, possess a passion for sales, with a deep understanding of the B2B landscape, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.


Demonstrable success in a previous Sales or Business Development role, whilst creating account management strategies alongside tactical hunting, will be key to being successful in this role.


Ideal candidates should be based in the south of England to enable a focus on sales territories within reasonable travelling distance.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients, ensuring a steady pipeline of new business.
  • Achieve sales targets and manage the front-end profitability of allocated territories.
  • Engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
  • Provide consultative/technical advice to clients on project specifications with support from our in-house technical team.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful product/service delivery.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.


Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge or exposure of selling into the Construction market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Experience using CRM systems to track sales and client interactions.
