Technical Account Manager - Networking, Video Conferencing - £75,000 + up to £50,000 bonus - fully remote


A rapidly expanding tech start-up, are searching for their very first Technical Account Manager, who will be made responsible for being a champion for all of their clients. This company are innovating video conferencing by using an AI powered platform to facilitate real-time, large-scale conversations with an entire workforce, and they are backed by ex-Uber, WeWork and Amazon veterans to pioneer the future of work.


The ideal Technical Account Manager will have a significant effect on the organisation as you will take the lead on all client engagements, through to onboarding them and ensuring a smooth and successful deployment of their platform. You'll also be the main technical touchpoint, handling IT and security integrations, troubleshooting any technical hurdles, and ensuring seamless communication.


The ideal Technical Account Manager will have experience with the following:

  • 5+ years' experience in customer-facing technical roles
  • Strong understanding of network configurations, security protocols, and firewalls
  • Hands-on experience with SSO technology (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
  • Experience with video conference systems
