Technical Account Manager


Location- UK, Remote

Role


  • Build long lasting relationships with customers and collaborate internally
  • A fast learner who has a passion for working with the newest technologies
  • Be a trusted advisor for the platform to provide fast solutions to meet customer needs
  • Develop a deep technical understanding of the platform
  • Share and drive best practices
  • Guidance on features and during implementations
  • Be the primary point of contact with customers during any incidents to problem-solve and resolve issues


Success in this role would look like driving both customer satisfaction and long-term revenue growth e.g., through retention.


What skills are required?


At least 4+ years of technical experience e.g., in an Engineering or Support role.

You should have strong customer-facing, Customer Success, interpersonal and communication skills.


Can you confidently solve problems that arise, aided by your experience with databases, including clustering and HA services? You will also need to be proficient in scripting language/s, networking e.g., HTTP(S), RESTful APIs and cloud environments.
