We are looking for a Security Service Manager to join us at our client site in Reading, home to a leading luxury car company. As the primary point of contact for the Wilson James security service across the Customer UK base, this role is centred on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your responsibilities will include managing Wilson James staff and coordinating technical support to ensure that our customers' security needs are delivered efficiently and effectively, this will involve actively contributing to the operational and strategic development of the Security Contract in line with our customers' requirements. Enhancing the “customer experience” for employees, contractors and clients is imperative. We represent a high end brand so exemplary customer service should be the norm.
You will oversee the daily operations of all Wilson James services, both in terms of technology and staffing, to maintain an elevated level of security throughout all client sites. Conducting Security Risk Assessments across the customer portfolio will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities. Furthermore, you will closely liaise with the customer base to support the work of the Group Facilities Manager (Customer) and ensure that service delivery is consistently smooth and effective. Your focus will be on continuously seeking ways to improve and add value to our services, enhancing the overall customer experience.
We are looking for someone with proven customer relationship management, as customer service sits at the forefront of this role.
