Retention Manager

BettingJobs are working with a fast-growing online Crypto Sportsbook and Casino who are now looking to expand their team with an experienced Retention Manager to join their Manchester office. As the Retention manager you will be responsible for planning and executing retention marketing strategies tailored to the brand.
The role of Retention Manager would be best suited to an iGaming professional with an in-depth knowledge of the customer lifecycle and proven experience managing a rewards program.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement retention marketing strategies and campaigns to build a robust retention program.
- Develop and execute loyalty initiatives to enhance customer engagement and support brand retention goals.
- Drive special projects aimed at maximizing the profitability of the active customer base.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the brand’s rewards program.
- Strategize to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) for targeted customer segments.
- Present campaign metrics, outcomes, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Evaluate organizational needs, align cross-functional teams, and implement resourceful process improvements.
- Produce well-structured proposals, reports, and process documentation.
- Perform comprehensive analyses, including technology audits, content reviews, and stakeholder feedback assessments.
- Identify and propose innovative opportunities for enhancing lifecycle campaigns, presenting ideas to business leaders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the iGaming industry, ideally with an understanding of Crypto.
- Demonstrated success managing rewards programs or customer loyalty initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and effectively communicate insights and results to stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
- Skilled in managing and prioritizing multiple projects in a dynamic and complex organizational environment.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams to achieve objectives.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
