About the Role:
Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Our client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Specialist to join their global team. As a P2P Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering consistent, streamlined, and efficient global Procure-to-Pay processes. With a strong focus on operational performance, compliance, and continuous improvement, you'll ensure the integrity of financial data while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance and Delivery (70%)
- Execute standardised processes, systems, and controls compliant with regulatory and statutory requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
- Manage supplier invoices
- Process subcontractor applications for payment
- Manage employee expenses
- Statement reconciliations
- Manage supplier master data
Continuous Improvement (30%)
- Drive improvements in Shared Services Centre (SSC) effectiveness and efficiency through continuous process enhancements.
Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Experience in accounts payable or similar business processes within a high-volume environment.
- Relevant operational P2P experience in a PLC
- Proven expertise in managing high-volume processes effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
