A Sales Manager is required to join a prestigious estate agency opening a new office in Goodmayes after being successfully established across Stratford. We’re looking for a highly driven dynamic individual who excels in achieving targets and providing exceptional customer service, to hit the ground running and grow the office and the market share. The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be collaborating closely with the Director to plan, direct, and lead the team’s operations, ensuring the achievement of the office targets and objectives, including profitability, market share, and KPIs. Leading daily/weekly/monthly meetings with staff to ensure they are hitting targets. Handling valuations, listings, negotiations and sales progressions. Taking on an exciting new challenge of driving market share and establishing a successful new office.



Some of what you will be doing:

  • Engaging with clients and customers across all aspects of the estate agency, including valuations, listings, viewings, negotiations, and sale progressions.
  • Utilising data feedback, and market trend analysis to deliver weekly updates to clients, offering advice and recommendations for successful transactions.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service in line with company expectations.
  • Generating new business and building alliances with local vendors through active networking.
  • Staying informed about market conditions and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Overseeing the marketing efforts for both new and existing properties.
  • Training all staff to meet satisfactory standards.
  • Contributing innovative marketing ideas and supporting proactive marketing initiatives.
  • Developing a personal brand in collaboration with the Estate Agent.


Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

  • Proven history as a senior sales negotiator, assistant manager, or managing a successful branch.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop long-standing relationships.
  • History is valuing, listing, and selling properties in East London.
  • Desire to take on an exciting new challenge to grow and drive market share.
  • Personality to motivate, train, and lead a team.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop long-standing relationships.
  • Capability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-changing environment.
  • Conduct and attitude that enhance the company’s reputation.
  • Exceptional organisational, prioritization, and planning skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Full and Clean UK Driving License.
