Global Payroll Manager (Remote)

Do you have a passion for accuracy and a knack for streamlining processes?

Olympus Talent, in partnership with a leading global travel industry leader, is seeking a talented and experienced Global Payroll Manager to join our team.

In this remote role, you will play a key supporting role in ensuring our global payroll runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our third-party payroll providers and internal stakeholders to guarantee accurate and timely payments for our employees around the world.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end global payroll processes, including data preparation, reconciliation, and accounting tasks.
  • Support with any audit, survey, or compliance requirements to ensure we meet all local and international regulations.
  • Assist with the implementation of a new payroll software system, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Help identify and implement opportunities to improve our payroll processes and documentation for enhanced efficiency.
  • Provide support to employees with any payroll-related queries they may have.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a global payroll support role.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures.
  • Experience working with international payroll providers is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and other data analysis tools.
